Here is Katie + Andrew’s teaser trailer. After watching it, you can’t help but ponder the importance of video at a wedding. Think for a moment, what if there were only photos of this funny moment? Katie + Andrew might always remember, but will their future children and grandchildren always know what was so funny? Will the story always remain attached to the photos? More than likely they won’t. Photographs are very important, but memories fade and the stories attached to these photographs are often forgotten within a short amount of time. This is the beauty of what we do as event filmmakers. We preserve these moments exactly as they happen so they can be shared (and remembered) forever.
We were so glad that we could create a motion-picture time capsule for Katie + Andrew. Their day was filled with so many special moments starting with the wedding day preparations at The Columbia Club before heading over to St. John Catholic Church for the elegant ceremony. The day ended with a lively wedding reception at the Scottish Rite Cathedral with the dance floor shaking to the sounds of The Flying Toasters band.
