WEDDING VIDEO SHORT FILM  //  INDIANAPOLIS WEDDING VIDEOGRAPHER

It’s so wonderful to see two people in SO love. Mallory & Donald are best friends and their love for each other is so genuine and special. Not only is Donald Brown a fantastic Indianapolis Colt, but he’s even a better gentleman. And after seeing him with Mallory and getting to know their friends and family, it is clear that he is a grounded role model. You would think that someone would have to be truly incredible to be his better half but Mallory unquestionably fills that position.

Throughout their wedding weekend, many people took the mic to share their thoughts on the happy couple. The common theme was “It’s just so right”. When you see the two of them together, it’s just so right. Their friendship and their love for each other is thrilling to witness and they are a joy to be around. I enjoyed the meetings that we had together before the wedding. Each time we got together to discuss what they had in store, only got me more anxious for their wedding day.

With Lucas Oil Stadium in the background, the guys and the girls prepped for the day in the Omni Severin Hotel downtown. Jessica Strickland captured some amazing photography over the weekend (which can be viewed here). It’s always a treat to shoot alongside of Jessica as she works her photo-magic with the couple. With the help of Darcie and the Circle City Planners team, the wedding ceremony and reception took place at the classic Scottish Rite Cathedral in Indianapolis, IN.

Dave and Rae played some great sing-along songs and kept the party hopping all night long. The ballroom’s beautiful atmosphere was provided by Circle City Designers and Evans Audio-Visual. Even the chandelier was Colts blue!

Congrats to Mr. & Mrs. Brown

WEDDING VIDEO TEASER TRAILER  //  INDIANAPOLIS WEDDING VIDEOGRAPHER

On December 19, 2006, Corey and Bea “met” on MySpace while Corey was in the US Navy. They dedicated themselves to one another by waiting such long periods of time just to spend a little bit of time together. For four years they would go 6-7 months without each other just to spend maybe 2 weeks with one another.

They realized that their long distant relationship actually benefited them because they learned so much about one another through straight communication -because that’s all they had.

WEDDING TRASH-THE-DRESS VIDEO  //  JAMAICA DESTINATION WEDDING VIDEOGRAPHER

An awesome trash-the-dress session on the north shores of Jamaica near Ocho Rios. We were able to sneak away from the resort two days after the wedding for an awesome trash-the dress session on the beach. Sue & Duy were able to have a romantic horseback ride along a secluded beach which made for some beautiful images. They are so photogenic and have such a powerful chemistry between them. It was a pleasure to capture them using HD cameras as well as on vintage super 8mm film. If you every find yourself in Jamaica, you should check into Hooves (near Ocho Rios and Dunn River Falls) for some scenic horseback riding.
Watch their wedding short film here.

WEDDING VIDEO SHORT FILM  //  JAMAICA DESTINATION WEDDING VIDEOGRAPHER

What an experience! Our first destination wedding in Jamaica and it was spectacular! Suelynn & Duy became husband and wife with small, intimate destination wedding at the Gran Bahia Principe Resort in Runaway Bay, Jamaica. We were able to sneak away from the resort two days after the wedding for an awesome trash-the dress session on the beach. Sue & Duy were able to have a romantic horseback ride along a secluded beach which made for some beautiful images. The trash-the-dress session ended with Sue playing in the sand and water with her new husband. Sue & Duy were so photogenic and they had a powerful chemistry between them and it was a pleasure to capture on film.

Dani and I were able to spend a few extra days in Jamaica and drive all over the island. It was everything we hoped for and more. It was too easy to fall in love with the people, the culture and, of course, the weather (it was the end of November after all). We are already prepared to return as soon as we can.
