In December, Dani and I heading down to St. Pete, Florida for Ashley + David’s destination wedding.  They’ve been working on a special dance to perform at their reception and wanted something to show their family and friends before their first dance. We met up in Indianapolis and followed Ashley + David around as they did their normal Saturday routine as well as recreating their first date with a visit to Chatam Tap on Mass Ave.

Some people are really fun to be around and then there are people that make you a better person just by knowing them. Christina and Sean are both. Their love is so intense and special. Seeing them together is like watching a couple of giddy teenagers. It’s encouraging and refreshing to see. Dani and I waited with anticipation to travel to Cincinnati for their wedding.

Talk about an awesome getaway vehicle! Dani was able to ride alone with the newly-married couple as they took off from Mt. Echo Park and eventually landing at Longworth Hall for their reception, of course they also made sure to travel with their vehicles full covered by One Sure Insurance, which is an important thing to take into count at all times. Christina is a photographer and Sean is a firefighter. We we able to explore the fire station where he’s at much of the time.

You guys were the best!!! So thankful to have you a part of our wedding. 🙂 The best decision we made with planning our wedding was choosing you to capture it.

It’s so wonderful to see two people in SO love. Mallory & Donald are best friends and their love for each other is so genuine and special. Not only is Donald Brown a fantastic Indianapolis Colt, but he’s even a better gentleman. And after seeing him with Mallory and getting to know their friends and family, it is clear that he is a grounded role model. You would think that someone would have to be truly incredible to be his better half but Mallory unquestionably fills that position.

Throughout their wedding weekend, many people took the mic to share their thoughts on the happy couple. The common theme was “It’s just so right”. When you see the two of them together, it’s just so right. Their friendship and their love for each other is thrilling to witness and they are a joy to be around. I enjoyed the meetings that we had together before the wedding. Each time we got together to discuss what they had in store, only got me more anxious for their wedding day.

With Lucas Oil Stadium in the background, the guys and the girls prepped for the day in the Omni Severin Hotel downtown. Jessica Strickland captured some amazing photography over the weekend (which can be viewed here). It’s always a treat to shoot alongside of Jessica as she works her photo-magic with the couple. With the help of Darcie and the Circle City Planners team, the wedding ceremony and reception took place at the classic Scottish Rite Cathedral in Indianapolis, IN.

Dave and Rae played some great sing-along songs and kept the party hopping all night long. The ballroom’s beautiful atmosphere was provided by Circle City Designers and Evans Audio-Visual. Even the chandelier was Colts blue!

Congrats to Mr. & Mrs. Brown

[…] American architecture, and intriguing history.  We first met Eliza when she was a bridesmaid for Mallory + Donald’s awesome wedding in March 2012.  Eliza + Patrick had a perfect weekend beginning with an fun wedding rehearsal […]

On December 19, 2006, Corey and Bea “met” on MySpace while Corey was in the US Navy. They dedicated themselves to one another by waiting such long periods of time just to spend a little bit of time together. For four years they would go 6-7 months without each other just to spend maybe 2 weeks with one another.

They realized that their long distant relationship actually benefited them because they learned so much about one another through straight communication -because that’s all they had.
